The Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) will host a National Information Day on the EU’s LIFE Programme on Monday, 26th May. LIFE is the EU’s dedicated funding programme for environmental and climate action.
If you have an idea for a project that promotes sustainability, you can apply for LIFE funding in one of four key areas: Nature and Biodiversity, Circular Economy and Quality of Life, Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation and Clean Energy Transition.
DECC is the Irish National Contact Point for LIFE and the National Information Day will take place in their offices in Tom Johnson House, Haddington Rd, Dublin, D04 K7X4 from 11.00 am to 2.30pm. Following the National Information Day, DECC will offer consultation sessions to help suitable applicants with their funding applications.
