On 18 September, Enda Hogan, Assistant Director joined leaders from Europe, industry, government, research and finance at the 7th AI Summit at the RDI Hub in Killorglin to discuss how artificial intelligence can drive regional growth, innovation and competitiveness.
Speaking on the role of the Regional Spatial and Economic Strategy (RSES), Enda highlighted the importance of public involvement in shaping the future of the Southern Region. Following consultation earlier this year, a draft RSES will be published in December, providing another opportunity for communities, businesses and stakeholders to have their say.
